5 Ingredients for a hangover cure

Last night may have been the most epic night of your life. Unfortunately it doesn’t quite add up to the way you are feeling right now. You’re battling with your liver, stomach and headache all at once. And the only thing you want more than making it to the toilet in time, is to still be alive by the end of the day.

You probably feel like only a miracle can save you now but we suggest you don’t wait for one.

1. Bananas

Bananas are perfect to cure a hangover. They’re full of natural vitamin B, potassium and magnesium. Minerals you often lack when you’ve consumed (too much) alcohol.
